The Levine Impact Lab powers equitable impact by investing in grassroots leaders and organizations, building their capacity to accelerate positive change.

A New Model

The Lab uses a set of pillars to create sustainable, long-term impacts:

Organizational Development and Individual Leadership

Cohorts attend a three-year program that includes strategy, operations, and governance; executive coaching and leadership development.

Community Building

A series of in-person and virtual gatherings foster connections and a growing alumni network builds long-term relationships.

Multi-sector Networks

On-going connections between nonprofit, business and venture capitalist leaders create cross-sectoral learning and open doors to new partnership opportunities.

Financial Support

Annual unrestricted financial support to cohort organizations accelerates their ability to apply what they learn in the Lab and enables them to sustainably scale their impact.

The Lab combines expertise from the business and nonprofit sectors to radically amplify the value of giving. Working with both individuals and organizations, it creates new models for the nonprofit sector by fortifying a network of community-led organizations working towards environmental and social justice.
